Job Description

We are currently looking an experienced QHSE Officer with the following requirements :

Location UAE, Dubai

3-5 years of varied and advancing experience in Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, and Environment, especially within Facilities Management (Hard & Soft FM) firms in the UAE / GCC (preferably) Engineering Degree (preferably in Mech/Elec) Nebosh IGC Level - 3 as a minimum (preferably Nebosh Level 6 Qualification or Equivalent) IMS internal Auditor Certification, ISO 41001:2018 (preferably ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor Qualification). Strong Knowledge of UAE / Dubai HSE regulations Valid UAE Driving Licence

Responsibilities

:

Effective Implementation and continual improvements of QHSE / IMS Management System that is compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 41001:2018 standards. Properly Maintain all QHSE documentation and in accordance with Standards 9K,14K,45K & 41K and contractual QHSE requirements. Lead and promote a Quality and safety-first culture across in contract locations To conduct scheduled or periodic inspections of work tasks and confirm that the necessary corrective actions are undertaken, assessing their effectiveness. QHSE and Operational Compliance Audit - Audits and verification of corrective actions to ensure the compliance levels. Identify contract specific employees' training needs in relation to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment in coordination with the department manager and provide QHSE training as per the Org / Contract requirements. Expert in carrying out HSE risk assessment & Environment aspect impact analysis for facilities management contracts . Monitor environmental control activities including Energy management, waste minimization and drive sustainability initiatives. Ensure a safe work environment by overseeing the inspection and maintenance of equipment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
