Job Description

Apt Resources is seeking a QHSE Engineer (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) to join our client's team in the power solutions sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization's operations.



Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure workplace safety and quality compliance. Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. Promote a strong safety culture through employee training and awareness programs. Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and environmental regulations. Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to QHSE performance and compliance.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a QHSE role, preferably in the power generation or related industries. Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Certification in QHSE or related areas is an advantage.
