Prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and Trending data.
Remain abreast of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area.
Assists to implement and maintain certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Assist in developing QHSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures.
Preparing all critical safety management system requirements, such as efforts to reduce and eliminate incidents, improving written procedures for safe work, drives improvements in quality and environmental performance, evaluating safe work activities, etc.
Assist towards zero-injury rate by establishing effective risk mitigation and control of hazards, and by establishing proactive reporting practices to address potentially unsafe conditions.
Provide QHSE Manager with feedback on HSE performance.
Assist with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency response systems.
Provide relevant information for monthly QHSE reports.
Conducts QHSE audits and inspections.
Conducts QHSE presentations, toolbox talk and training to employees as required.
Assist work site personnel and line management in development of work site QHSE and Cause No Harm promotions and campaigns.
Maintain & improve Quality Health, Safety & Environmental Management System as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and BASEC PCR Standards.
