Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Project Quality Plans, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures. Conduct inspections for welding, piping, structural, mechanical, and electrical works. Ensure compliance with ASME, API, AWS, ISO, and relevant industry standards. Review subcontractor QA/QC documentation and approve test procedures. Supervise NDT, hydrostatic testing, and material inspections. Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality records. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors. Support project teams in resolving technical quality issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field. 5-10 years QA/QC experience in oil & gas (onshore/offshore). Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and major codes (ASME, API, AWS). Preferred certifications:
CSWIP, AWS-CWI, NACE, API, ASNT Level II/III
