Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

NACE Level 2 Approved QC Trainee

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control inspection for blasting and painting activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

2-3 years of experience in UAE. Perform inspections and quality checks on surface preparation and coating application as per project specifications. Ensure compliance with ADNOC, NACE, and international coating standards. Conduct visual and instrument-based inspections, including DFT, adhesion tests, and environmental condition monitoring. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, Method of Statement . ITP checklists, and documentation. Identify and report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure quality assurance. Conduct audits and provide technical support for quality control processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

NACE Level 2 Certification (Mandatory). Bachelor Degree /Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering . Minimum 2 years of experience in coating and painting inspection. Strong knowledge of industry standards such as SSPC, ISO, and ASTM. Experience in oil & gas, marine, or industrial projects is preferred. Proficiency in using inspection tools like DFT gauges, hygrometers, Pull of Test and holiday detectors. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team UAE Driving licence preferable
