HIring for a QC Manager, You shall be responsible for the entire QC operations across the organization. Handling complete QC crew from top to bottom. Assign responsibilities to the workmen, associating with the department and ensure the tasks are completed on time. Monitor production and ensure the standards. Validate skill test of a candidate is coping with QC standards. Keep a close observation of the processes and upgrade it to the finest. Ensure all the health and safety guidelines were complied. Fill all the gaps in the process, procedures, and its improvements. Responsible for the quality of the work we handle on the daily basis. You should be responsible for promotion and execution of quality standards, inspection processes, instruction, test methodology, quality plans, documents, and reports. Manage all day-to-day activities in line with the priority or the continuity of the work. Perform QA/QC task inline with our standards, and make sure all the procedures defined were followed religiously. Devise a reporting structure to the next hierarchy, wherein transparent reporting needed to be done. Train fellow members of the core team and promote the development of the team members. Perform work evaluations and find out the gaps and report to the management. Creation of SOP\xe2\x80\x99s for all the operations, amend or update the existing ones. All QC related issues should be addressed and attended with limited time. Work with different departments and coordinate each other for the completion of tasks.
