What we're looking for: QC Manager
What you will own and do:
The QC Supervisor will oversee the quality control processes in our blinds manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products meet established standards and specifications. This role involves managing the QC team, conducting inspections, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with other departments to maintain product integrityDevelop and implement quality control procedures specific to blinds production Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance Monitor product consistency, color matching, measurements, and mechanisms Manage QC staff and assign inspections or audits during production Maintain and enforce product defect standards and rejection criteria Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Handle customer complaints related to product quality and identify root causes Maintain quality documentation (inspection records, test reports, etc.) Train production team on quality standards and best practices Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations, and certifications (if applicable)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
