Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the quality control department, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
Develop and implement QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality benchmarks.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections across production stages (cutting, assembling, painting, finishing, and packing).
Monitor material quality, workmanship, and finishing for closets, wardrobes, and related joinery works.Identify quality issues, root causes, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and support internal and external audits.Train and mentor QC inspectors and production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure defect-free output.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quality
Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum 5-8 years of QC experience in the joinery, woodworks, or furniture manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Excellent knowledge of quality standards, inspection tools, and measurement techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in reporting, QC documentation, and ISO standards.
Familiarity with UAE market quality expectations and project-based joinery work is a must.
