Job title: QC Inspector - REMS
Job description: Inspect TechnipFMC products received from other TechnipFMC plant and vendors. Perform QC Inspection during manufacturing process as per the DBI.
Reporting: Quality Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
You are meant for this job if:
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming equipment from vendors / Customers and outgoing products for shipping. Performs SAP transactions after completion of QC operations.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications. Interpret machine shop drawings and understand machining symbols and tolerance limits and compare the same to the actual component.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Compile and upload the reports into server. Record workshop Nonconformance.
- Assist any certification, Customer, or Internal Audit. Visit customer facilities to inspect equipment. Assist TPI within the facility or at the supplier\xe2\x80\x99s facility.
- Identify areas of concern and report on quality problems as they arise. Assist in determining root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Retrieve all MRBs and check for their correctness before storing. Send NOI to customer QC for them to come and check the equipment before storing them under VMI.
- Perform stage Quality inspection as required by the job which includes: Dimensional inspection /NDT (MPI, LP, UT) / Hardness checks /Visual Checks / Light Band/ Thread inspection/ Coating inspection.

Location: Abu Dhabi
You are meant for this job if:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality Control. (Oil and Gas industry preferred) AND/OR Min 2 years of experience on wellhead inspection.
- ASNT Level 2 or equivalent.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Preferred).
- Preferred Certifications or skills as below
- Welding inspection certification
- Thread Inspection
- Coating Inspection
