Minimum 5 years of experience in painting/coating inspection, with specific experience in oil and gas or offshore projects.
Knowledge of coatings standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, etc.).
Ability to interpret coating specifications and technical drawings.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Relevant certifications in surface preparation and coating inspection preferred.
