Key Responsibilities
Inspect surface preparation, coating, and painting activities in accordance with project specifications and approved procedures
Ensure painting works comply with
international standards
and project quality requirements
Monitor coating application processes, environmental conditions, and curing procedures
Conduct inspection and testing activities such as
DFT measurements, visual inspections, and surface preparation checks
Verify compliance with
NACE / BGAS standards
during all painting and coating activities
Identify non-conformities, report quality issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and QA/QC personnel to resolve inspection-related issues
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
Ensure all inspection activities comply with
HSE requirements
at site
Requirements
Proven experience as a
QC Inspector - Painting
in
Oil & Gas projects
NACE Level 2 or BGAS Level 2 certification
(mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in painting and coating inspection activities
Good knowledge of international painting and coating quality standards
Ability to work independently and under site conditions
Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
Availability for a
short-term, extendable contract
