Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

QC Inspector

to ensure all armored vehicle production meets our stringent quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive or armoring industries, with strong knowledge of inspection processes, vehicle systems, and quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections at various stages of vehicle production, including incoming materials, in-process, and final product checks. Ensure that all vehicles comply with internal standards and customer requirements before delivery. Identify non-conformities, document findings, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions. Review and verify compliance with armoring specifications, drawings, and ballistic standards. Maintain quality records and prepare inspection reports. Assist in implementing and improving quality control processes and procedures. Work closely with QA/QC and Production teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum

2-3 years of QC/QA experience

in the automotive or armored vehicle industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, materials, and inspection methods. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in

armored vehicle inspection

. Knowledge of

ballistic protection standards

(NIJ, VPAM, STANAG). UAE driving license is an advantage.
