Job Description
:
- Should visual inspect the units and components
- Should check all the components in process assembly with BOM and job order requirement
- Should audit the brazing rod and flux used, Brazing process and procedure in Assembly line
- Should check all electrical component with drawing and BOM and Component settings
- Should do random inspection of incoming parts to assembly line based in procedure
- Should inspect the unit before packing to ensure all stickers, labels are fixed in proper way and the unit is clean
- Should check the bolt joints are fix with proper torque as per requirement
- Should ensure that all electrical wires are crimped and fixed properly
- Should record and maintain inspection check list as per procedure Should able to check Belt tension, alignmeent, RPM of units
- ITI +10 Years Experience with minimum 5 years experience in HVAC manufacturing plant
- Knowledge on Bill of material, Material and component identification
- Knowledge on Brazing joints, Materials, flux
- Knowledge of HVAC fundamentals\xe2\x80\x8b
