QC Inspector is responsible to handle Quality Control activities of Flow Controls, Dubai situated in Emerson FZE. The candidate will be directly reporting to Plant Quality Manager.
Quality Control Inspector\'s responsibilities include Support in maintenance of Quality Management System, Performing Incoming Receiving, in-process, and final Inspections.

QC Inspector is responsible to handle Quality Control activities of Flow Controls, Dubai situated in Emerson FZE. The candidate will be directly reporting to Plant Quality Manager.
Quality Control Inspector\'s responsibilities include Support in maintenance of Quality Management System, Performing Incoming Receiving, in-process, and final Inspections.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Maintain and promote safe work practices, safe environments, 5S practices
- Perform receiving inspection as per incoming inspection plan
- Review CMTR /NDE/Supplier\'s reports against codes & International standards
- Perform in-process inspection -Visual, dimensional, heat no. verification, PMI, hardness, DFT etc.
- Carry out final Inspection against work order, spec sheets by using final inspection checklist
- Create Final certification of finished products against customer \\ requirements and ensure finished product in compliance with Customer requirements
- Raise non-conformance and follow up for corrective action and close out.
- Review Root Cause & Corrective actions to ensure effectiveness of actions
- Take ownership of Company\'s Quality Policy, Core and Operating Values
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production /Manufacturing/ Instrumentation)
- 3-5 years of experience in inspection of Actuators, Valves and Valve Components
- Conversant with Material specifications, ASTM/ASME standards
- NDT - ASNT TC 1A certification in PT, MT, RTFI techniques
- Conversant with Factory Acceptance Testing of Control valves
