QC Inspector

to join our team and support our operational functions.

Job Summary:

The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, identifying non-conformities, and working closely with production and engineering teams to maintain consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Inspection & Testing:

Represent Fulkrum and its clients in the execution of field QC activities Conduct visual inspections of commodities in line with qualifications and experience. Review material test certificates and verify compliance. Witness and verify Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in various formats. Perform pre-shipment inspections and ensure readiness for dispatch. Carry out inspections based on Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), reviewing client-provided ITPs and method statements, and resolving discrepancies.

Reporting & Documentation:

Create, review, and submit detailed field inspection reports. Accurately report all findings, including issuing Non-Conformance Certificates when applicable. Maintain strict confidentiality of all inspection data and share findings only with authorized client representatives.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience as a QC Inspector for Bachelor's degree holders. Minimum 8 years' experience for Diploma holders
