Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
quality control procedures
for MEP works.
Review and approve
method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals
.
Conduct inspections for MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor and report on
quality performance
, identifying non-conformances and corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals.
Maintain accurate
quality documentation
and ensure compliance with ISO and project standards.
Support internal and external audits related to MEP works.
Ensure adherence to
HSE and quality standards
during execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in MEP quality control.
Proven experience in
villa projects and data center MEP works
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE construction standards and international codes
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and QA/QC documentation tools
.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
UAE experience preferred
; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
