Job Description
We are looking for a
highly experienced QC Engineer - Welding
to join our client's projects in theOil & Gas sector
. The role requires hands-on experience inrefineries, petrochemicals, fertilizer projects, shutdowns/turnarounds, fabrication, erection of storage tanks, piping, and structural steel works
.Industry:
Oil & Gas / EPC / Contracting10-12 years of relevant QC/Welding experience
in Oil & Gas projects.Experience in
Contracting companies background preferredQualification:
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringSalary Package:
Full package - FAT included Proven experience working with contracting companies in the Oil & Gas sector.Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor
welding quality control systems
in line with project specifications. Conductwelding inspections, NDT coordination, and WPS/PQR review
. Supervise fabrication and erection of tanks, piping, and structural works. Ensure compliance withinternational welding codes and standards
. Prepare and maintainQA/QC documentation and reports
. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on welding-related matters.Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated CV and certifications.
Eligibility Criteria
Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
(B.E/B.Tech).10-12 years of relevant QC/Welding experience
in Oil & Gas projects. Strong background in:+ Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Projects
+ Shutdowns & Turnarounds
+ Fabrication & Erection of
Storage Tanks, Piping & Structural Steel
+
CSWIP Certification - Mandatory
