PTI Fabrication is seeking an experienced
QC Engineer
to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will inspect materials, processes, and finished products, implement quality control procedures, and work closely with production teams to maintain high-quality fabrication standards.Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Ensure compliance with
ISO, ASME, AWS, or other relevant standards
. Conduct tests (visual, dimensional, NDT, etc.) and document results. Identify defects, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain QC documentation (inspection reports, test certificates, etc.). Collaborate with production & engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to improve efficiency. Conduct internal audits and support third-party inspections. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
4+ years of QC experience in fabrication/manufacturing (Oil & Gas, Steel, or Construction preferred).
Knowledge ofwelding, machining, and fabrication processes
. Familiarity withNDT methods (UT, RT, MPI, LPT, etc.)
. Proficiency inQC tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
. Strong understanding ofISO 9001, ASME, or EN standards
. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and reporting abilities.Job Type: Full-time
