Job Description

The Quality Controller is accountable for monitoring the smooth functioning of the factory based on set guidelines, processes and procedures while ensuring a standardized quality of products and service. S/He performs evaluations, inspections and audits and recommend improvements. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure the factory is operating efficiently and effectively as per procedures in place; - Conduct regular visits to the factory and inspect internal processes, procedures and operational workflows; - Ensure occupational health and safety measures are properly applied and followed; - Audit incoming materials, in-process production and finished products and report results to the General Manager; - Inspect sample of finished products and report any abnormality to the General Manager; - Follow up on the proper implementation of preventive maintenance and relevant logging activities; - Monitor CCTVs and the quality of work when needed and report any abuse; - Prepare and submit periodic reports in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Quality Assurance and General Manager; - Handle the proper documentation of inspections and update as necessary.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
