QC Engineer

to join our dynamic team immediately.

:

Analyses testing results and the frequency and severity of product defects and quality lapses. Confirm and sign off on daily quality control (QC) records, test results and procedures. Test trial samples received from STORES. Perform TENSILE TESTING as per specification. Perform Hardness testing. Conduct necessary investigation of the costumer's complaint, checks the records of production inspection. And prepares report of findings and results with recommended solution to immediate superior. Prepare an outline the Quality Control activities and coordinate all these to relevant sections of the Tube Mill Plant. Check the specifications of raw material for requisition. Confirm that manufacturing processes are performed in line with established standards and organizational policies. Monitor critical control points in QC processes. Perform internal audits and analyse possible issues to develop corrective actions to resolve them. Verify documented sampling and test data and conduct follow-up tests on samples that require attention. Responsible for ensuring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance through inspections, training, and implementation of HSE policies and regulations.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma - Chemical or Mechanical Engineering/ BSc At least 2 years of experience in releavent field is
