Qc Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join our Metal Division. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in metal fabrication, quality control standards, and inspection processes to ensure all products meet project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for metal fabrication projects. Review technical drawings, material specifications, and project requirements. Conduct inspections during fabrication and assembly stages to ensure compliance. Monitor welding processes, dimensional accuracy, and finishing quality. Prepare and maintain QC documents, reports, ITPs, and quality records. Coordinate with production, engineering, and clients for quality-related matters. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues. Ensure adherence to ISO and project-specific standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years experience in QC roles within metal fabrication / steel / industries. Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding standards, and QA/QC documentation. Familiarity with industry codes (AWS, ASME, ISO standards). Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
