We are hiring a

QC Engineer / Inspector (Joinery or Interior)

for one of our prestigious clients in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be competent in implementing QC procedures, have hands-on experience in joinery/interior quality control, and possess strong documentation and site coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Competently follow and enforce QC procedures throughout the project lifecycle Proactively observe joinery works both in the factory and on-site Issue and track

MIRs (Material Inspection Requests), IRs (Inspection Requests), and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

Issue

correction reports

for QC comments and ensure corrective actions are implemented in both factory and site Prepare and manage

checklists

and

photo documentation

for each project Ensure timely

document submission for PQ (Pre-Qualification)

and maintain organized QC files Maintain strict quality standards in line with project requirements and client specifications Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants for quality-related matters

Requirements:

6 to 10 years of experience in QC roles within

joinery or interior fit-out

projects Strong knowledge of

Emaar, DHRE, and major consultants' standards

is an added advantage Competency in quality documentation and reporting Excellent attention to detail and quality awareness

Valid UAE Driving License

is

mandatory

Strong communication and coordination skills
