Job Purpose



To support and control documentataion and inspection that meet requirements specified in Contracts and that the procedures laid down to achieve these standards are followed. Authorized to release product in the absence of QA Manager. Comprehend the internal Enterprise environmental factors (Organizational culture, structure & governance, Geographic distribution of facilities, Infrastructure & Resource etc.).Familiarize with organizational process assets (Policies, Processes, applicable Procedures, and Knowledge Bases).Understand the relevance of your position and the importance of your activities in achieving quality objectives for your department.

Principal Accountabilities



As per procedure Control of All Testing , Measuring & Monitoring equipment's and highlight if any new / back up IMTE requirement on time. Prepare ITP / QCP's/ QAP Plan and Conduct incoming inspections for all the purchased material as per specification and PO. Performance of the NDE's as requested by QCP Plan Inspectional Activities of shop -In process & final Inspection NDT Inspection. Create WOMME Specification and control WOM Group Specification. Control and monitor the QA function activity pertaining to calibration activity of TMME(except process control instrument of production equipment). Audit of Special processes. Perform Internal Audit and Prepare and maintain validation of processes. Prepare and take follow up on Data analysis of concern Dept. Prepare NCR Trend Analysis .follow -up on corrective/ Preventive actions for all non-conformances. Stamping of the valves & equipment with name plates. Perform receiving inspection & report. Verify First - Off inspection and approve. Verify receiving or in process inspection and prepare report. Perform final Inspection and report and report daily inspection activities to HOD. Create Specification and update WOM Group Specifications. Conduct welding inspection. Perform inhouse calibration of Pressure Gauges Prepare and maintain NDT procedures as per latest edition.

Additional Responsibilities



Maintain and fulfil departmental Quality objectives. Maintain all welder qualification ,WPS PQR records and Regular update on welder Validity Maintain Identification and Traceability Record throughout the Process . Arrange and attend/fulfil Third Party Inspection requirement. Ensure all of QC activities are fulfilled Conduct internal audits as per the schedule Monitoring corrective/ Preventive Actions & Implementations thereof.

Key Competencies



Inspection, Instruments Knowledge, Inspection Techniques, Drawing knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft office software. Knowledge of API Specifications Knowledge of ASME standards NDT ASNT level - II Ultrasonic Testing, Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, ASNT NDT-II Radiographic Testing NDT PCN-II Magnetic Particle Inspection

Pre Requisites



B.E in Mechanical Engineering NDT - Level II -UT, MP,LP and Level -II RT, VT II Minimum 5 years in the similar position, ideally within Oilfield service company Qualified QA/QC practitioner.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
