Qc Coating Inspector

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of surface preparation, coating, and painting activities. Perform tests including Dry Film Thickness (DFT), Adhesion, Hardness Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance with coating procedures. Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports. Coordinate with site representatives and contractors for inspection schedules. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO, NACE, SSPC). Support re-coating, insulation, and fireproofing inspections post-repair.
Qualifications
NACE Level II/III or BGAS Grade 2 certification Minimum 5 years of experience in coating inspection, preferably in oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of coating systems and inspection tools. Proficient in QA/QC documentation and reporting. English proficiency required for documentation and reporting
