Job Description

Conduct regular inspections of civil works including concrete casting, soil compaction, reinforcement installation, and structural works. Verify that all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO). Review and approve QA/QC documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality checklists. Supervise and monitor testing procedures for concrete, soil, aggregates, and steel reinforcement, ensuring proper techniques and accurate reporting. Maintain accurate and timely quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and project management to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Support internal and external audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities. Participate in risk assessments and ensure safety and quality compliance in all civil operations
Desired Skills & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 5-8 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction within oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, codes, ITPs, and documentation requirements. Hands-on experience in civil material testing and inspection procedures. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/QA-QC reporting systems is an advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Location: Ras Laffan Duration: 4 Months (2 phase: 15-Oct-25 to 15-Dec-25 and in second phase from 10-Jan-26 to 10-Feb-26)
