Job Description

1. Interact with management and staff, and the client for appropriate coordination, communication, and documentation related to quality management and HSE activities.

2. Assist the manager in conducting periodic internal audits of various departments to evaluate conformance to established procedures, and to evaluate the effectiveness of those procedures.

3. Assist as necessary organizational departments in the evaluation and correction of specific quality control & HSE problems and issues.

4. Assist the manager in assessing procedures used to define and implement the basic functions of the organization to ensure effectiveness and that they continue to meet the needs of the client and of the organization.

5. Interact and provide adequate guidance and support to departments and units for corrective actions.

6. Support the management objective in enforcing quality assurance and HSE standards as per On Time Group, International Standards Organization (ISO) and industry-related quality standards.

7. Submit scheduled reports related to the QA Department activities.

8. Assist in the coordination of the conduct of internal audit in the organization.

9. Coordinate with LQRs to promote and focus on the overall Quality objective set by the organization.

10. Plan and organize one's time to ensure that audit schedules are adhered to and deadlines and personal objectives are met and exceeded.

11. Participate in group think by expressing ideas freely and adjusting style to the needs of others. Listen attentively and ask questions in the event of clarification.

12. Perform other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time.

Educaation and Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor degree holder

Preferably a trained internal auditor or equivalent to LQR

Minimum 2 years' experience in the establishment of ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certification procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
