Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and supervise a team of QA/QC Inspectors, ensuring they perform inspections and tests effectively.
Delegate tasks, provide coaching, and troubleshoot issues for your team.
Maintain a positive and safety-oriented work environment.

Quality Assurance and Control:

Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans according to project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze inspection data and identify trends or recurring issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inspection findings and corrective actions.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders (engineers, contractors, clients) regarding QA/QC activities and findings.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors on quality control measures for materials and equipment.
Participate in project meetings and discussions to ensure quality is prioritized.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action records.
Ensure proper filing and archiving of QA/QC documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in a similar field (construction, manufacturing, etc.) within the UAE.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
In-depth understanding of QA/QC principles and methodologies.
Working knowledge of relevant inspection standards and codes (e.g., ASTM, ISO) used in the UAE.
Experience with using various inspection tools and equipment (may vary depending on the industry).
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to quality.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
