PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

An approved QAQC Site Document Control Coordinator (DCC) has the responsibility and commensurate authority to accomplish the following duties:

Reporting Directly to the Site QAQC Manager. Establish and maintain a filing system for inspection, testing and other Quality Control records in accordance with QMS Procedures, GHE PQP and reporting any deviation from the quality management system and contractual requirements of the project. Prior to filing the record, Site DCC shall review the documents to verify the following: documents are appropriate documents are complete entries are correct documents are legible documents are signed/initialed by authorized person review quality dossiers to verify the records are complete and legible reviewed scanned copies of quality dossier prior to turnover. Review the vendor generated documents to verify the records are complete and legible Prepare Weekly & Monthly Quality Reports e.g. QSRs, NCRs, Audits reports, QPIs, Manpower Histrogram etc. and submit to Site QAQC Manager. Liaise with QAQC Manager for all aspects of quality records.

V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma holder or bachelor's degree -in Relevant discipline Data Management/ Engineering. 10-15 years of Experience of which 10yrs QC experience with direct scope description as QA/QC Document Controller / DCC Lead. Knowledge of the ISO-9000 series International Standards Strong Microsoft software skills, particularly Excel, Access, Powerpoint Report writing skills Team player Experience of working in a multicultural project team Middle East project experience Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Skills Experienced in Programming / Automation. Used Electronic Database Management System (Aconex, OpenText or Coreworx) Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering
