Ensure MEP designs meet codes and project requirements.
Verify coordination among MEP disciplines and with architectural/structural drawings.
Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Prepare Method Statements and QA/QC Procedures.
Maintain Material Approval and Submittal logs.
Verify and compile as-built documentation and O&M manuals.
Ensure all test reports, certificates, and manuals are completed and submitted.
Coordinate final inspections and approvals.
Conduct inspections during and after MEP installations.
Verify alignment with ITPs and method statements.
Witness testing & commissioning (T&C) for MEP systems (e.g., pressure testing, continuity tests, BMS checks).
Ensure work areas are ready and prerequisites are met before starting MEP installations.
