Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and quality management plans.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
Review technical documentation, drawings, and reports for accuracy.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
Train and mentor QA/QC personnel.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies on quality matters.
Maintain quality records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Quality Engineering.
10 years of experience in QA/QC within engineering and construction projects.
Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are preferred.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and inspection techniques.
Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
