in Sharjah, a high-profile project focused on delivering top-quality residential units. The QA/QC Manager will play a critical role in ensuring all project operations meet the highest quality standards.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

QA/QC Manager

to oversee and implement quality assurance and control systems across the project. The ideal candidate will manage QA/QC teams, coordinate with all stakeholders, and ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems on-site in accordance with project contract requirements. Lead the Project Quality Control Plan and supervise the QA/QC team, including subcontractor QA/QC personnel. Coordinate daily QA/QC activities with project departments, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Ensure compliance with project specifications through monitoring, inspections, and testing at defined stages per ITPs. Liaise with the laboratory team to verify materials and test results meet project standards. Review, approve, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions. Conduct site inspections across civil, architectural, finishing, and other works to ensure adherence to approved drawings, standards, and methods. Oversee preparation, review, and submission of technical documentation, material submittals, and shop drawings. Conduct internal quality audits on subcontractor Quality Management Systems. Organize and deliver QA/QC training programs for project staff, suppliers, and subcontractors. Attend QA/QC meetings with engineers, clients, and corporate offices; submit reports to relevant departments. Facilitate factory assessment visits of suppliers as per approved schedules.

Other Duties:

Prepare weekly Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and coordinate with other departments. Liaise with Corporate QHSE for internal or external audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven 10 + years of experience as a QA/QC Manager in large-scale construction projects, preferably residential developments. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, quality management systems, and contractual requirements. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and reporting. Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
