Qualifications:
A complete work experience background in five similar local projects, with a civil engineering-related major.
Familiar with local regulations and general construction codes, responsible for managing on-site construction quality, and preparing various sub-construction plans and project quality plans.
Holds a local registered engineer qualification certificate.
Possesses an internal auditor or higher-level certification for ISO 9001:2015 quality management.
