QA/QC Manager - Restaurant & Food Service Operations
Job Summary:
TFD Restaurant and Management is seeking a highly experienced
QA/QC Manager
with a minimum of
10 years of experience
in restaurant and food service management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of
food safety, quality assurance, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance
across all restaurant operations.
This role is critical in maintaining brand standards, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting restaurant management teams through structured quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor
QA/QC policies and procedures
for all restaurant operations
Ensure full compliance with
local health regulations, food safety laws, and hygiene standards
Conduct regular and surprise
quality audits and inspections
of kitchens, storage areas, dining areas, and back-of-house operations
Oversee implementation and compliance with
HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety systems
Identify non-conformities and lead
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Train and guide restaurant managers and staff on
food safety, sanitation, SOPs, and quality standards
Monitor supplier quality, food handling practices, storage conditions, and inventory controls
Review customer complaints, feedback, and inspection reports to drive service and quality improvements
Collaborate closely with
operations, procurement, and senior management teams
Prepare detailed audit reports and present performance updates to company leadership
Ensure consistent
brand quality, cleanliness, and service standards
across all TFD locations
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience
in restaurant, hospitality, catering, or food service operations
Strong knowledge of
food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and restaurant management systems
Proven experience conducting audits in
multi-outlet restaurant environments
Hands-on experience with
HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar quality frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as required
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in
Food Safety, Hospitality Management, or Quality Management
