Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

QA QC Manager

to lead and manage our QHSE division, overseeing projects across Construction, Facilities, Power, Infrastructure, and Contracting sectors. This managerial role involves heading the division and driving the implementation of high safety, quality, and environmental standards. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of safety and quality throughout all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QHSE division, ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations across all contracting and infrastructure projects. Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, systems, and procedures aligned with local and international standards. Oversee and continuously improve QHSE performance across Construction, Facilities, Power, and Contracting divisions. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop preventive measures to minimize hazards in project execution. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to embed QHSE practices into daily operations. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to staff on QHSE procedures and policies, fostering a strong safety culture. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with safety certifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Investigate accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other relevant certifications for all projects. Report on QHSE performance, incidents, and corrective actions to senior management, recommending strategic improvements where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a QHSE role within Construction, Contracting, Facilities, Power, or Infrastructure industries. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to head a division and oversee teams across multiple sectors. Strong knowledge of industry-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) are highly preferred. Experience in contracting and managing QHSE for high-risk infrastructure projects. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
