Qa/qc Manager
Job Description
Manages QA/QC documentation and reporting.
Monitors the contractors QA program with the Project Manager and Supervisor and subcontractors.
Review any existing standard documentation for the PM team and propose any improvements deemed necessary.
Identifies quality issues and the appropriate resolution and management of such risks.
Develop written procedure for quality control/quality assurance.
Develop standard quality control procedure to be performed by the Project Management team and subcontractors.
Liaising with the PM and regularly visiting the sites of ongoing projects to monitor the implementation of the Quality plan by the site teams.
o Maintaining the quality of installations and deployment of best practices in construction details and methods.
Participates in internal and external surveillance audits
Preparing and issuing the quality inspection report that highlights the following quality issues at active sites and providing information to the HSEQ to issue internal and external NCR's in cases of non compliance accordingly:
o Using incorrect methods of installation of finishes and materials, and not following the proper sequence of activities.
o Using Sub-standard building materials and finishes and/or using non authorized/ approved material alternatives.
o Deploying non-skilled labor to carry out quality installations.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
