Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for marine construction projects.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor quality and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure quality standards are met.Implement and monitor quality control procedures and quality assurance systems in line with company standards and project specifications.Issue and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and recommend corrective/preventive actions.Develop and manage quality control plans, procedures, and documentation.Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities.Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality assurance and control procedures.Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and final outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain records and reports on quality performance and compliance.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).Professional certifications (e.g., CQA, CQMgr).Proven experience in QA/QC management in marine construction or a related industry.Minimum Ten (15) years experience in Contracting marine construction projects (e.g., offshore platforms, ports, dredging).Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., quality management systems, document control).Thorough working knowledge of Construction Standards Awareness and understanding of Companys products, processes and servicesFluency in English written and spokenExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, API, ASME).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
