We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards.

Project Oversight: Monitor and evaluate all construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients to address quality-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with minimum of

10 years' experience.

Professional Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
