The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in a QA/QC role, with at least [X] years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Lead and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and best practices.
