We are seeking an experienced
QA/QC Manager
to oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes across our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work complies with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC plan in compliance with project requirements and standards. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. Review project documentation, drawings, and reports to verify compliance with specifications. Lead and coordinate the QA/QC team, providing guidance and training as necessary. Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions promptly. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
BSc in Civil Engineering or BSc in Engineering. IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent. MMUP Registration. Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction or engineering projects. Strong knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
