Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and ensure implementation of the Integrated Management System (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) in the group and divisions.

Ensure that company's certifications and accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ASME, NBIB, CE etc.).

Establish company quality objectives and continually improve it; demonstrates the achievement of quality objectives and targets.

Overall responsible for the department; Assist & coordinate with the QHSE team and personnel assigned to each division in establishing an overall company quality management plan and standards requirements.

Advice on setting up the improvement guidelines for company quality management system for employees. Ensure improvements are implemented effectively and results are feedback to employees.

Develop the existing integrated management system as necessary with additional procedures / instructions for station-specific aspects.

Establish quality audit program & schedule and perform the quality audit within the project organization.

Report on the internal and external audit results to top management.

Responsible for QA and QC staff.

Coordinate, communicate and resolve with clients on project quality issues.

Coordinate with HR & Admin and develop the Training plan. Ensure implementation of the plan and records are maintained.

Ensure that Quality Management is applied in line with project design Criteria to the engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and pre-commissioning, commissioning phases of project.

Ensure that the project meets international standards.

Develops KPIs and ensures consistency in reporting across QHSE management system.

Identification and preparation of contract specific work Instructions / procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs) as necessary.

Regular review and updating of the project's quality system and related Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Ensure subcontractor / supplier quality requirements are met through ITPs, subcontractor / supplier assessments and quality audits.

Monitor the effective operation of and corrective action systems through Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the contract QA/QC requirements and other relevant procedures applicable to the project, through surveillance.

Organizing weekly Quality meetings.

Special tasks as required by the Top management.

Reports to Director - Operations / Executive Director.

Qualification:

- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical.

Technical Qualification & Certification:

- Quality Assurance & Control

- Certified Auditor on IMS (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18801:2007)

- Certified Lead Auditor ISO - 9001-2015

- CSWIP (Welding), BGAS (Painting) Or AWS OR IWE Certified.
