Key Responsibilities:
Lead the QA/QC team and oversee daily quality activities on site.
Review construction plans and monitor work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits; prepare reports and documentation.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
15 years of QA/QC experience in construction, including minimum 2 years experience on Ashghal BOD projects (Required).
Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and quality systems.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
MMUP registration (Preferred)
