QA/QC MANAGER required urgently for a reputed high rise building construction company in Dubai.Details:

Min. 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in high-rise luxury building construction projects with main contractors.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to high-rise constructions.
Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes within the construction industry. Responsible for implementing IMS, training personnel, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality control procedures across projects.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to identify potential defects or non-conformities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external agencies.
Ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a culture of quality excellence.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or Construction Management are preferred.
