Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System
Prepare and update the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract requirements
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and company procedures
Establish Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures
Define quality objectives, acceptance criteria, and performance metrics
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate and oversee site inspections and testing activities
Ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet project requirements
Witness inspections, tests, and mock-ups as required
Ensure calibration and validity of testing equipment
Review and manage method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings (quality aspects)
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and test results
Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all construction activities
Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits
Support client, consultant, and third-party audits
Ensure findings are addressed and closed in a timely manner
Evaluate and monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance
Ensure subcontractors comply with project quality requirements
Participate in supplier assessments and factory acceptance tests (FATs) where applicable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
