Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to lead our quality control and assurance processes for major infrastructure and road construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and UAE regulations, while driving continuous improvement across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures. Monitor inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure quality compliance. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve quality issues. Lead internal and external quality audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. 10+ years' QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong background in UAE infrastructure and road projects. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
