QA/QC Manager is expected to hold an appropriate university degree for the role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing Systems and Rolling Stock design and/or construction for LRT Projects. Experience in the Middle East is mandatory, and the candidate should also have a minimum of one year of prior experience in a similar role.

Main Tasks:
- Define Quality plan compliant with contract requirement and implement with all project stakeholders.
- Regular auditing of suppliers.
- Ensure to keep KPIs on non-conformities and follow up on their closure.
- Manage internal gate reviews to ensure process compliance.
