Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector/Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection processes. Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. Document inspection results and prepare reports. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain and update quality documentation and records. Train staff on quality control processes and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Proven experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, construction, pharmaceuticals]. Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Preferred Skills:

Certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ). Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) techniques. Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
