who has 10 years' experience in Mep construction.
Day-to-day site inspections, ensures that all materials and workmanship meet project standards, and supports QA/QC documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
An MEP job involves the design, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in buildings. These systems are crucial for a structure's functionality, making it comfortable and safe for occupants through services like HVAC, power, lighting, and water. Professionals in these roles ensure that these complex systems are integrated correctly, comply with building codes, and are energy-efficient
Perform visual inspections of site work and finishes.
Check materials and workmanship against approved samples and drawings.
Report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions.
Maintain daily inspection records and quality checklists.
Coordinate with the site engineer and QA/QC department for inspection requests.
