Job Description

Position Summary:

Perform, Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Controller Activities & procedures at various stages of manufacturing as per international standards, legal and customer requirements by monitoring all domestically manufactured & repair products to ensure the best quality to the end user.
Essential functions:

Manage the lifecycle of QA/QC documentation, ensuring all records are systematically organized and easily retrieval for audits and inspections. Implement and maintain a robust document control process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to mitigate risks. Review and verify the accuracy of QA/QC documents before distribution, guaranteeing that all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted. Ensure and maintain the compliance as per IMS procedure (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 1400:2015 & ISO 45001:2018). Perform in process and final inspection as per the drawing, Job Orders, and necessary specifications / Operation Management System requirements. Perform and maintain the records of the calibration/verification activity of the gauges, measuring and test equipment with established control features. Ensure product license applications and procedures are in compliance as per the licensor's requirements. Ensure the verification of work orders and the Inspection reports and COC to release the product. All the process documents shall be inspected before the material is finally released and delivered. Receive inspection of raw materials and bought out material. Report nonconformities to the concerned department (e.g. QA/QC Manager/Supervisor, Production Manager/Supervisor). Handling Customer Compliant, Customer Survey & Suppliers Evaluations. Ensure the identification and traceability of products remains and shall be maintained at each level of operations as well as inspection status of products shall be maintained at all times. Train and mentor production staff/workers on quality standards and best practices to foster a quality-centric culture.
Education / Qualification:

Diploma in any discipline with relevant product/process experience or equivalent. Certification in ISO 9001 Auditor Full knowledge in computer (MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power point).
Experience:

Minimum of 2 to 3 yrs. experience in QA/QC field. Experience in Inspection, Production line process, Calibration of Measuring and Testing equipment. Experience in implementing and preparing the Management Review, Internal Quality Audit (IQA), Conducting internal trainings in compliance as per IMS procedures. Have knowledge in acquiring company accreditations / certificates (e.g. Product Certifications, QMS or other international standards and regulations).
