Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
? Prior experience as a QA/QC Engineer on construction projects

? Able to work

independently and as part of a team

? Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and industry best practices
? Familiarity with blueprint/specification reviews and compliance checks
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
? Attention to detail with good computer and data entry skills
? Understanding of marine construction quality standards and procedures
- Strong communication, leadership, and team training capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

-Inspect output using industry methods - measurement, comparison to standards, and functionality testing
-Ensure compliance of assembly/production lines with applicable quality procedures and legal standards
-Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
-Record and analyze inspection results; track reworks, deviations, and waste
-Train production/site teams on quality procedures to improve overall standards
-Suggest and implement process improvements
-Monitor equipment use and ensure safe, compliant, and accurate operation
-Maintain and calibrate measurement tools as needed
-Participate in continual training and skill updates
-Work collaboratively with site supervisors and project managers to uphold QA/QC standards
- Support fast and effective resolution of quality challenges on-site
