Oil & Gas / EPC ProjectsKey Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections of mechanical works including piping, welding, equipment installation, and structural assemblies. Verify compliance with project specifications, ITPs, and applicable codes (ASME, API, QCS). Monitor welding activities, review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications. Prepare inspection reports, maintain records, and issue NCRs as needed. Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer, site team, and client representatives.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in QA/QC inspection roles for mechanical works in Oil & Gas projects. Knowledge of welding inspection, hydrotesting, and mechanical QA/QC documentation. Certifications such as CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, BGAS, or ISO 9001 preferred. Familiarity with QCS and international QA/QC standards.
